  • Day 1: AIRPORT / KANDY

    Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed and assisted by our representative, and you will be taken on a direct drive to Kandy. En route, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and take part in baby elephant feeding by milk bottle and bathing in the river.

  • Day 2: KANDY SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast, visit the Art and Crafts Center, Upper Lake Drive, and Gem Bureau; view a documentary film on how Sri Lankan gem mining is traditionally done; and visit the Holy Temple of the Tooth of the Buddha. This temple, the most important one for the Sri Lankan Buddhists, was built in the 16th century A.D. solely for the purpose of housing the tooth relic. Then visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden.
    Evening Enjoy a typical Sri Lankan cultural show of drumming, dancing, and music.

  • Day 3: KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA

    After breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya, Kandy – Nuwara Eliya Road is one of the most scenic roads in Sri Lanka. Driving along a winding ascending road amidst seamless tea plantations covering hills from top to bottom to skirt the road all the way up to the destination, interspersed by cascading waterfalls. Visit a tea plantation and a tea factory en route. Drive through Ramboda Mountain Pass and view the Ramboda waterfalls. Then, a city tour in Nuwara Eliya: drive through the town of Nuwara Eliya, observing the well-maintained buildings of colonial architecture, the busy market, Lake Gregory, a golf course, a race course, vegetable cultivation, and tea plantations.

  • Day 4: NUWARA ELIYA / HORTON PLAINS / NUWARA ELIYA

    Early morning packet breakfast from the hotel and leave for Horton Plains. The Horton Plains are located on the highest plateau of Sri Lanka at an elevation of 7,200 feet above sea level. On a very clear day, one could also view the east horizon. En route, you could visit Baker Falls.
    Reach Nuwara Eliya town at lunchtime, have lunch at a local restaurant or hotel, and then take a leisurely walk around the town.

  • Day 5: NUWARA ELIYA / UDAWALAWE

    After breakfast, leave for Udwalawe. En route, view Ella Gap and Rawana Falls. We descend from the Central Highlands to the lowlands through enchanting scenery and waterfalls. Check into the hotel in Uda Walwe, surrounded by very beautiful nature. Refresh at the hotel in Uda Walawe. Afternoon Jeep Safari to Uda Walawe National Park.

  • Day 6: UDAWALAWE / YALA

    After breakfast, leave for Yala. Visit Suriyawewa Hot Wells, which only two countries believe to have hot wells in the world, and the Mahinda Rajapaksha Cricket Stadium on the way. To the extent that it is located in the south-eastern corner of the island, Sri Lanka’s largest and most popular national park is the world’s best place to observe leopards’ natural habitat in the noontime. You can enjoy wildlife, including elephants, bears, wild bears, buffalo, monkeys, and many more animals.

  • Day 7: YALA / KOGGALA

    The next morning, after breakfast, leave for Koggala. En route, you may visit Kirinda Temple and Hambantota Salt Pan. Salt Pan: The coastal line of Hambantota is dominated by shimmering, expansive saltpans that stretch along the bordering main road for about 15km. The salt pans attract a large number of waders and shorebirds, including greater flamingos, spot-billed pelicans, several species of plover and tern, gulls, ducks, egrets, sandpipers, and many others.
    Reach the Koggala Hotel, check into the hotel, and refresh at the hotel.

  • Day 8 & Day 9: KOGGALA LEISURE

    After breakfast, leisure at Koggala Beach, or during your stay in Koggala, you may visit the following sights:
    01. Galle Sightseeing
    02. Whale watching in Mirissa
    (Season: January 1st–April 30th, and November 1st–December 20th)
    03. Boat ride in Madu Ganga: A boat ride in Madu Ganga (Madu Ganga Wetlands) is something that words would not justify. Birdlife, mangroves, islands in the river, traditional fishing, and prawn trapping.
    04. Kosgoda Turtle Sanctuary
    Dinner and overnight stay at the Koggala Hotel, Koggala

  • Day 10: BENTOTA / COLOMBO

    The following day, after breakfast, leave for Colombo through the highway. Reach Colombo, go sightseeing, and shop in Colombo. Visit BMICH, Independence Square, Town Hall, the Buddhist temple, the old parliament, Galle Face Green, and the residential area. Shopping in the Majestic City shopping complex, House of Fashion, and the ODEL Unlimited Dress Boutique; also visit the Ceramic Cooperation Showroom; Noritake shopping.
    Dinner and overnight stay at the Colombo Hotel, Colombo.

  • Day 11: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE

    After breakfast, leave for the airport for your departure transfer.
